This class is a combination of sustained poses and steady flow, we focus on basic alignment and balancing energy with breath. Students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. Suitable for all practitioners!

YIN YOGA

During Yin we will get deep into releasing the connective tissues of the body while calming the nervous system. This class is a beautiful way to balance an active lifestyle and explore mindfulness. Great for injury prevention, finding relaxation, and self care. There is no better way to end the day, suitable for all levels.

POWER FLOW 

Think lively and energetic! Build strength, flexibility and concentration. Cleanse the body and calm the mind. Power flow yoga is a powerful, creative form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting with their breath to the movement. You can always find the heat and a unique way to move in this class!

HIPS & LOW BACK

A dynamic and balanced yoga class designed to open the body through the avenue of the pelvis. The focus of this class

will be on exploring range of motion in the hips, releasing tension from the low back and developing balanced strength in the legs, hips, glutes and core. The perfect compliment to your barre workout and summer activities such as biking, hiking and climbing! This is an all levels class - all bodies are welcome!

MIND BODY FLOW

Mind Body Flow is a mixed levels flow class that focuses on combining movement with breath in order to create a sustainable mind-body connection. The class will begin with centering, and will transition into a fluid and steady flow. Mindfulness will be a continuous theme throughout the practice, in order to move beyond the asana (physical) practice. All levels welcome!
