A dynamic and balanced yoga class designed to open the body through the avenue of the pelvis. The focus of this class

will be on exploring range of motion in the hips, releasing tension from the low back and developing balanced strength in the legs, hips, glutes and core. The perfect compliment to your barre workout and summer activities such as biking, hiking and climbing! This is an all levels class - all bodies are welcome!


Snow Flow is an all levels Yoga class designed to prepare and sustain you for the slopes this winter season! These movements condition the overall body and help to prevent injury as we build leg strength, improve balance, and energize the core. It’s the perfect combination of stretching and strengthening for mountain-lovers of all levels.


Mind Body Flow is a mixed levels flow class that focuses on combining movement with breath in order to create a sustainable mind-body connection. The class will begin with centering, and will transition into a fluid and steady flow. Mindfulness will be a continuous theme throughout the practice, in order to move beyond the asana (physical) practice. All levels welcome!


This dynamic class will help to relieve stress and tension throughout the body, with a focus on the neck, heart, and shoulders. We will flow through thoughtful sequences and explore postures to release tension and help develop balanced strength throughout the entire body.
