What happens to my current pass?

  • Due to COVID-19 All memberships have been paused as of March 30th

  • When we re-open our doors, your membership will re-activate, and 2 weeks will be added back to your pass before your next monthly renewal charge date

  • Punch card one-year expiry term has been lifted (if you think yours expired contact us and we will re-activate)

  • If you made a purchase in MindBody on or after March 17th we can apply your purchase as a credit to your online subscription, please contact us and we will set this up for you

 

Can I use my current pass to access WildHeart Online?

  • Any purchases made in the studio prior to March 17th 2020 (punch cards, into offers, month passes etc) are non transferable to the online subscription, you can use those when we re-open the studio, send us a email and we can activate your pass if needed!

 

What is WildHeart Online?

  • We are a online Barre and Yoga Studio separate from in studio classes 

  • We offer 4-5 new & fresh classes per week

  • Extra content and & on-demand video library stored for you to access anytime

How much does it cost?

  • “Online Only” - $24.99/month (less than $1.00 per day) 

  • Included in our 6-month membership, annual membership and 3-month flexible membership once the studio re-opens its doors

  • Your online subscription is month to month term

  • Your credit card will be charged automatically once you reached the end of your free trial

  • You can cancel online anytime, no returns or refunds on purchased made online or in studio

 

How can I cancel my online subscription?

  • You cannot cancel your online subscription through our website. You will need to contact hello@wildheartcanmore.com and we will cancel for you.
